On behalf of real estate and hospitality developer MCR/Morse Development, media relations efforts on behalf of the group’s landmark property the TWA Hotel at JFK Airport were launched ahead of the hotel’s highly anticipated opening. From construction status updates through the official opening of the property, comprehensive media outreach was conducted to drive consumer and trade coverage across all facets of the project’s life cycle. As a result, several billion impressions were garnered during the campaign, resulting in a 100% sellout rate at the time of the hotel’s official opening.
